*The IESO Heating and Cooling Incentive program will apply when installing an air conditioning system that has a SEER rating of 14.5 or higher. The SEER rating of an air conditioner is a function of the efficiency of the following: outdoor air conditioning unit, indoor air conditioning unit (aka indoor evaporator coil) and the furnace blower. $250 will apply for a 14.5 SEER unit as the $400 rebate is applicable in case of 15 SEER or higher.
